car2go was North America’s leading carsharing service, before they packed their bags and moved all of their business abroad. From 2016-2018, Bakery was their agency of record. These are some of my favorite projects from that time.

*Record scratch* yep, that’s me. You’re probably wondering how I got into this situation. After car2go announced the addition of Mercedes-Benz vehicles into their fleet, we saw a great opportunity for an April Fools prank. After writing this script, I “volunteered” to star in the video and lend my voice talents.
OUR CAR DOCUMENTARY - RUN THE JEWELS
In this documentary series, we identified real car2go drivers and interviewed them about what they use the service for and how its helped fuel their passions. Turns out two of those real drivers just happened to be El-P and Killer Mike of RTJ.
WHAT IS EPIC? - RADIO
car2go’s initial brand campaign was “For the Epic Moments, and Everything in Between” so these radio spots played on a few “epic moments” drivers could find themselves in with a car2go.
CAR2GHOST TOUR - SPOTIFY
For Halloween, we invited car2go users to go out in their city and take their own guided ghost tour. This project consisted of several Spotify playlists targeted to cities across the US, this is just a small selection of the audio. I wrote tons of ghost puns for this, some I’m not that proud of.
